Before you buy

How do I pick my size?

Every clothing page has a size guide in inches and cm, and the model’s height and size. Most pieces are an oversized or relaxed fit. Still unsure? Send us your usual size on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you which to pick.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD is offered on select PIN codes and shown at checkout based on your address. All backpacks, including the Founder's Edition, are prepaid only. Paying online also takes 10% off every piece, Founder included.

What if the size or fit is wrong?

Eligible clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and has all its tags, with a free return pickup. Sale items, bags, made-to-order and customised pieces (including Founder's Edition) are not eligible. Refunds are for manufacturing defects, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

What is the Sakura box?

Every clothing piece above ₹3,990 arrives free in our limited-edition magnetic box: a hand-drawn tiger and Fuji lid, teal sakura lining and the Tora Moto story inside. No tape, no tearing, made to keep.
