How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) and delivered in 3–5 business days, with free express shipping across India. You get a tracking link on email and WhatsApp once it ships. Full policy.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD is offered on select PIN codes and shown at checkout based on your address. All backpacks, including the Founder's Edition, are prepaid only. Paying online also takes 10% off every piece, Founder included.

Will sold-out pieces come back?

No. Crafted in limited quantities. Never restocked. When a size or piece is gone, it is gone. The sizes you see in the shop are live.
